Heights with Specific Nesting Model!

New Hyde Park, NY–Techno, Inc. is proud to release their New LC Series Nesting Machine, specifically designed to meet all the needs of cabinet makers, custom millwork shops, exhibit, display, and point-of-purchase manufacturers. The New LC configuration includes a 5 hp automatic tool change spindle, 5-Spindle Drill Bank, vacuum table hold-down system, 10 hp pump, and material location pins, with nesting software. This machine was engineered to give these industry specific manufacturers the ability to automate their production during a time when money really means everything. Techno is excited to be offering a machine that can be leased for less then $1205 / month, more affordable than a full-time employee.

today,” says Roy Valentine, CNC Router Sales Manager. “The main router spindle is a 5 hp HSD automatic tool changer accompanied by a 5-Spindle HSD Drill Bank. A 10 hp Rotary Vane vacuum pump is supplied by Becker. Machine bases are designed of tubular steel that is welded, ground, and stress-relieved. Each drive system consists of ballscrews on all four axes with an X-Axis beam that includes twin Z-Axes ensuring independent control over the automatic tool changer and drill bank.”

The LC Series Nesting Machine package also includes an automatic tool-drill bank calibration via tool calibration touch pad, and comes complete with a new PC and Techno's New A.R.T. hand-held controller. This easy-to-use controller allows the operator to have complete control over all functions of the machine while allowing movement around the machine during setup and operation.
