Techno Level 1: Small Cell Production Processing Center
General Description:
The Techno Level 1 orthotic cutting system is a Windows® based system that features Techno's model 3024 LC Series machine equipped with precision ball screws on all three axes, closed-loop servomotors and controls.
The use of servos allows the machine to monitor its position at all times providing maximum cut speeds and precision. The table surface is T-slotted which provides an easy method for material fixtures. This type of fixturing allows materials to be placed and removed in seconds. The spindle included is a High frequency single tool collet spindle (automatic tool changer optional) which accepts industry standard ER collets.
The 3024 Tabletop is ideal for small orthotic production manufacturing shops. This machine is also ideal for small production cell manufacturing. This phrase is defined as the use of several machines within a group maintained by a single operator. The machine cell can consist of 2, 3 or even 4 machines per cell thus increasing the production volume without increasing human interaction. This approach has been embraced by many small and large production shops as their needs have grown.
