The New Generation LC Series router features a raised 12″ gantry height, 12HP Automatic tool changer with 8-position tool rack, multi-zone vacuum t-slot table with (5) pop-up pins for easy sheet alignment, connected to a 10HP industrial grade rotary vane vacuum pump with 100% duty cycle delivering 23Hg, 176CFM thereby resulting in excellent part hold-down to the vacuum table during the cut process. The New Generation LC is powered by brushless digital AC servo motors and drives with ball screw technology on all three axes, providing the power to route any wood, plastic, foam, or non-ferrous metals. The controller is a stand-alone handheld controller. The buttons on the controller are all pre-programmed macros that are formatted to execute a machine function by simply pressing a button, thus making machine operations easy for educators and students to learn and use. In addition, Techno provides FREE of charge operational training videos and manuals plus unlimited FREE technical support via phone, email, and remote diagnostic access for the life of the machine.
