Unparralleled Cut Quality and Efficiency

The Titan Series machine is all steel construction, providing the rigid foundation required for ultra-smooth routing results. The Titan machine includes a 12HP HSD automatic tool changer with 8-position tool rack, and a pneumatically operated dust collection hood that concentrates air flow at the cutter. This provides optimal dust collection performance. The multi-zone vacuum t-slot table on the Titan CNC Router is constructed from very hard phenolic; a very stable material that holds tight tolerances for precision cutting. The Titan CNC machine is connected to a vacuum pump, which offers superior hold down, and has very quiet operation. For easy sheet alignment, (3) material pop-up pins are included and precisely placed to handle and align various size materials. The Titan series is powered by brushless drive motors, and is controlled via easy to use and learn hand held controller.

Features

Steel Base

The base frame is fabricated from heavy-duty tubular steel that is welded, stress relieved and precision machined, so that the foundation remains true and steady over the operational life of the machine.

Gantry

The gantry is constructed of tubular steel which results in a steady firm beam assembly. This quality engineering and workmanship result in smooth precision cutting

Spindle

The Titan Series machine comes standard with a 12 HP HSD high frequency automatic tool changer spindle. This precision 12 HP spindle requires no regular maintenance, uses industry standard ER collets and ISO 30 tool holders. This spindle is fully programmable with speeds from 6000 RPM to 24000 RPM, and comes complete with a pneumatically retractable vacuum hood.

Drive Train Assembly

Techno CNC uses new-generation precision helical rack and pinion drives with high dynamic performance & accuracy. The helical pinion is directly driven by the digital AC servo motor with ultra-quiet performance. The result is superior cut quality, accuracy & machine longevity. This technology allows Techno to build large format machines that deliver speed and accuracy where ball screw driven machines are limited.

Gantry Uprights

The Techno machines feature extremely heavy-duty, precision machined gantry uprights, utilizing steel casting materials. These have a 7/8” thick vertical web & provide an extreme amount of strength and stability to the X and Z axis loads.

Tool Holder Clamp

The Titan CNC comes equipped with a tool holder clamp fixture, providing an easier way of inserting and tightening the CNC bits into each of the tool holders. The tool holder clamp fixture is safer & easier than using the common procedure of tightening the collet nut with two wrench.

Vacuum Table

Techno machines come standard with a multi-zone, high flow, phenolic vacuum T-slot table. The table includes electro-pneumatic valves to control the zones and is ported through the full process area.

Vacuum Shroud

The Titan Series CNC router machine includes a pneumatically retractable vacuum hood that has concentrated air flow at the spindle thus efficiently cleaning up the dust and debris as it routes parts.

Electronics

All the electrical components are housed and wired in a doubled-doored Nema electrical enclosure. This allows for easy access and service when needed. All wiring is tagged so that when service is required, the customer can easily navigate the cabinet. In addition, the cabinet serves as a work bench for the tools.

Tooling

The Titan Series CNC router machine includes an 8-position tool rack in the rear of the machine. The position of this rack allows for easy loading and unloading of material from either side of the machine, and allows for easy tool changes when needed between different applications and materials.

Drive Motors

All Techno servo driven machines come standard with brushless digital AC servo motors and drives. The drive motor is directly coupled and bolted to a precision gearbox which directly engages the helical pinion drive.

Tool Calibration

Limit Switch

All Techno servo driven machines come standard with limit switch technology. All axes on the machine include homing switches and over-travel switches. The homing switch is a reference point for the machine to know where it is at all times.
